Els Kraakman is our crewed charter specialist. She will help you plan your all-inclusive fully crewed vacation aboard private luxury sail and motor yachts. Els has been a top ten broker since 2003 and has lots of experience, which she can share with each client. Living on Tortola, Els knows most crew on a personal level and visits all the yachts in the various boat shows. She knows all the islands, anchorages, bars, restaurants and most importantly, the people who live and work there. She can guide you
